As Above, So Below

and what it means to You

There is an inside and out, an up and down, a yin and yang.

“As above so below” means that the universe is just as you are: magnificent, rich, powerful, vast, and largely unknown until you spend time and effort uncovering the mysteries.

There is a magic to the Universal Laws. A recipe. It’s not complicated by any means. In fact, the emotional ingredients mix together into one concoction once their attributes are understood. It is easy to replicate it once you do it the first time.

Ingredients:

Gratitude/Thanksgiving:
Intention:
Expectation/Faith:

The goal is to mix all these together and cook it in the oven of your Subconscious Mind.

First: Know your desire. Can you see yourself with it, doing it, telling others about it?

I ask this because you have to know what you want inside and out, up and down, because knowing how it feels to have what you want is very important to receiving it and keeping it. If you can imagine yourself already living with your desire and express the emotions associated with receiving it, which is gratitude and thanksgiving, the universe will be forced into manifesting it into your life.

Why? Because “as above, so below.” As you believe, so it is. There is no alternative for the universe except to make what you truly believe a reality. This is the source of all the power within you.

Answer this question about “As Above, So Below” and consider where your life and all you have originates. Do you think below refers to you and above to the universe? Many people believe they are below the universe. But it’s wrong.

As above (as you) believe, so below (the universe) manifest into reality.

The fact that you believe you deserve your desire is vital to how and when you receive it. This is where Intention comes into play. We address our Intention to understand why we want our desires and what we plan do with them. This is only a mental process to affirmation that our desire is good and beneficial.

For some reason, our subconscious mind blocks selfish desires from manifesting into our lives. Not because the universe doesn’t want us to have what we want, but we don’t believe we deserve them.  Much time and energy is spent (wasted) on trying to convince ourselves we can have our desires.

Once you  truly convince yourself that you are worthy of the things you want, then you enter a waiting period of Gestation, which is largely controlled by your Expectation/Faith.

Finding and using techniques to unblock the mental barriers keeping you from your desires is where lives are truly changed forever.

The time spent waiting for your desire is drastically shortened once you can believe that you deserve it because only then can you see yourself having it. You must teach yourself how to be thankful for your desires even before they are fully manifested.

One place to begin is knowing that you can have anything you desire. There’s plenty of it in the world, no one will suffer if you get a new car, more money, or a prettier roof over your head? You are not robbing anyone or depriving them of it because you have it. There is plenty to go around.

The process of blending these ingredients together should bring them all into one action  that makes it easier for you to believe “you deserve and already have your desire.” Two of my favorite methods to use are:

Meditation: If you don’t know how to meditate, look it up.
Drawing a Sigil: If you don’t know what this means, look up how to draw a sigil.

This should be performed in a way to place the belief that you will receive your desire into your subconscious. I know it sounds time consuming, but it isn’t. A few minutes everyday will change our life.

I would try to explain meditation and how to draw a sigil, but others do it so well, I should leave it to them.

You will know when it’s time to stop creating sigils and meditating on a certain desire. I can’t explain it, but you will know.

The Perfect Day

 

Sometimes, someone has a bad day. No, that’s not right at all.  Everyone of us have bad days. But, we find numerous ways to deal with it. Each of us something different. There are those who find clever ways to ignore the bad happening. These people can be said to only see the good things that happen. Then, there are those who have a habit of dwelling on the bad happening and allow it to affect the rest of the day. These two approaches are pretty much the limit of dealing with a bad day.

But, there are a growing number of people who recreate the bad day over and over again. Examples of this are: couples who argue over the same issues every morning, employees who take the same route to work and find themselves upset, rude and flustered, many who repeat the same day expecting a different tomorrow.

The fear of Scarcity and Victimization makes up 99% of human thinking. The idea that there is not enough keep most of us from taking chances. Everything that happened yesterday becomes an excuse of why today is the way it is, why someone is the way they are, why someone does not have what they want to have.

There are so many creative people in the world, I can fairly say that one is reading this now. Are you a creative person? Do you have a creative soul? Do you want to change your life? I have an idea that might make a difference in your day. First, let’s think about your day and how you want it to start and end.

Then, plan your perfect day.

Write it hour by hour like a film script. Be as detailed as you want to be. Who are the characters? What is the goal of the play (the day)?  Since you are the protagonist, who or what is the antagonist? Be specific and really look at your day as if you have control over how it is going to play out.

This is one thing that needs to be done because at some point you have to take responsibility for the day you create. You are the reason your day is the way it is. You created it with your mind, with your actions, and with your fear based intention.

Write your perfect day and begin to make it a reality. Do not write it from scarcity or fear. But, instead, write the day as if there is no bounds, nothing off limits, and you can be exactly the person you are.

Five Minutes Will Change Everything

It was hell on Earth and many didn’t make it out alive. Yet, hope prevailed and those who survived mark it as a defining time in their life. Because many don’t have such moments to look back on, they don’t consider the amazing blessings they have before them; and so, things such as depression and anxiety grip the masses and keep them from enjoying life, erasing the possibilities of their pursuit and replace it with loneliness and fear.

Drugs help and counseling has it’s place, but nothing is as affective as living everyday to it’s fullest degree. Good days and bad days, even hell on Earth, manipulate the equation of life and change the outcome of each and every moment; so much so, that the memory of a once hellish moment factors into the present and changes what one feels about then and now.

If you are depressed, if you are lonely, if you are anxious go outside. I urge you to take a step in a new direction. Just for five minutes do the thing that you so badly want to try, do the thing you think you can’t, press yourself to reach farther than you did yesterday, and for those five minutes you will be a super human because you are doing what you thought was impossible. Sp, you truly became a Super You.

No matter the life, no matter the station, no matter the family you were born into, you can be the person you want to be. Whether you want to be an artist, a musician, a writer, or maybe you’ve been dreading the crowd at the local store, you can do it. All of it.

You are capable of amazing things because you are an amazing person. You are a unique person and all your dreams are  front and center, waiting for you to believe in yourself enough to claim them. The only thing that stopped you from being the person you’ve always wanted to be is the fact that you’ve not thought it possible. Something, or possibly someone, made you believe that you weren’t worthy of the dreams you have, that whether or not you will achieved your goals depended on someone else. Well, you are worthy and whether or not you reach your dreams depends on you.

Five minutes, right now, will change your life forever. Write that story, draw that picture, play that song, face that crowd, become that person you want to be.  Being a Super You will get easier five minutes at a time.

You Create Reality

This overall statement will seem like a lie. But, it is true. I am able to wish things into my life. And I can do it rather fast. I simply think about what I want and within a few days I get it. It even happens within hours sometimes.

Today, I wanted an almanac calendar that showed the 12 Signs of Man throughout the month. You might know what I’m talking about what with some of you being into the spiritual side of things, but if not, it is the part of the calendar that labels everyday with a part of the body.

I wanted one and I got one for free. I think this happens because I know the universe is abundant and overflowing with the things we desire. Just think of it. What do you want?

I truly believe that through subconscious thought we create every moment of our lives and the lives of the people around us. I happen to see it in everyone’s life. I see it because I know how it works. I know how the universe operates, how the creation is also part of the creator. We are the Princes and Princesses of the of Universe.

We exist inside of a mechanism that works to provide our desires and our struggles. Let’s face it, we are constantly searching for knowledge and want to know who we are.  But most of us don’t believe we can have everything we want.

Why?

Because we were told all of this as a child. Money doesn’t grow on trees, jobs are hard work, putting food on the table is not easy, someday you’ll see how hard being an adult really is.

And so, we make it that way because the most influential people in our life told us that is the way it is, for everyone. Well, not for everyone. There are those who have it all. They are the cheaters, the liars, the people who rip others off and live off of the hard work of others.

So, it’s no wonder that we have a negative belief about rich people who seem to have everything.

We think: I’m going to work hard for the things I have because that’s how an honest person lives. So, that is the life you create for yourself.

I believe that I am a Son of God, a Prince of the Universe, that my Almighty Creator placed inside of me His Powerful Spirit and by it I am empowered to live in abundance and a fulfilled destiny.  If I can imagine it, I can have it. Just as it says in the 10th chapter of Genesis.

Who do you believe you are? Who creates your reality? Do things happen to you or do you do things?

Are you a victim of this universe ?

 

 

Thanksgiving and Specific Gratitude

This Thanksgiving, I’d like to share with you what Gratitude is and how to make your Gratefulness a more powerful emotion. And, who is affected by your emotions and thoughts.

You are not the only person you affect. You’re Gratitude is only the beginning wave that continues outward forever affecting everything it touches.

We all say “Thank You” when someone gives us something or helps us in some way. But, do those words really express what you feel for that person in that moment? What feelings or emotions do you really feel? What does “thank you” mean? Appreciation? Togetherness? This is an important question because what you feel has a deep connection with everything and everyone in your life. Obviously, the people in your immediate environment are affected by the way you feel on an emotional and spiritual level, but you might be surprised to learn that your feelings are felt on the physical level as well. It is like a ripple through space and everyone can feel it.

Emotions are an important working part of the physical world. You might know of someone who got physically ill from being depressed too long or heard of someone who died from a broken heart. These stories are true because our physical well-being is affected by emotions, and not only our own but everyone’s emotion all the time, which is a huge vibration compounded on top of vibrations.

So, on Thanksgiving this unbelievably huge emotional wave is created by everyone who feels grateful for the things in their life. And it will be a magnificent event this year because more and more people are waking up and seeing the truth.

Gratitude has a very specific vibration. It is the highest of all vibrations and it affects everything. And I mean everything. But there’s much more to it than that.

We know that an emotional wave will affect the people around you and have an effect on the future you will have with those people, but unlike a wave in the ocean, the emotional vibration also affects people who are not near you. The people you have a connection with will benefit from the high vibration you feel. How is that possible?

You might not know how it’s possible, but you don’t really need to know for it to be true. You might say, you don’t need to know how a tree works in order to enjoy the fruit hanging from the branches. Trust that the roots know what to do and the trunk knows it’s place, but enjoy the fruit all the while.

I want to share with you my method of “conscious gratitude.”

I think the most important thing about being grateful is to be specific. I try to avoid platitudes. I try not to think: I’m thankful to be alive. Instead, I take a moment to consciously think of all the things in life that I enjoy.

You can see where this would change what I feel and about what I’m feeling it towards.

Don’t just say “thank you.” Instead, say “thank you for helping me ….” And say their name. People like when you use their name. Make your emotion specific.

  • 3 – The Law of Vibration – Everything moves in waves. Check out the science of Cymatics and you’ll be amazed at the physical changes sound creates in matter and material. In the world we see many of the same patterns everywhere. From the smallest atom to the largest galaxy, we see that spirals and circles rule the world that we can see. But there is an unseen world which is ruled by vibration, ranging from low frequency to high frequency. Our reality is the outcome of these vibrations. The great thing about this is the fact that the vibrations that govern our experience come from us directly. So, when you make a conscious effort to raise your vibration, you reality changes immediately.   (note: the best and fastest way to raise your vibration is through Gratitude.)
  • 4 – The Law of Correspondence – Inside is outside, just as above is below. Everything is has a Yin and Yang and, although things might look as if they are going badly, we must realize that a bad thing is not the opposite of good. It is part of good. It’s the lower frequency and so the two need each other in order to describe itself. Without black there’s no way to truly describe white or any of the colors. In order to enjoy the good times, you must have bad times. We need one end of a stick just as much as we need the other. It’s how we perceive the thing we are experiencing that makes all the difference.  When you get something you don’t want, use it to practice the art of raising your vibration. This will change your reality so fast and in so many surprising ways.
  • 5 – The Law of Cause and Effect – Nothing happens by chance, we reap what we sow. There’s that circular pattern again. So, now that we know how our emotions and high vibrations can be focused to change our present situation we will begin to realize there is no future and there was no past. It is all happening NOW. If you want to change tomorrow, Now is when you do it. Sit down, focus, raise your vibration by showing gratitude and change you life right NOW.
  • 6 – The Law of Compensation – The visible effects of our offered energy. This is in direct agreement with Law 5. Once we offer energy,  the universe has no choice but to respond with an agreeing energy. This is why we only want to offer  energy of high vibration. The reality which we make for ourselves is a direct compensation for our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
  • 7 – The Law of Attraction – Because of the laws above, we can only attract like energies. This is the basis of all reality. You can learn to manipulate this law and immediate changes will take place in your life. For example,  when negative thoughts persist speak aloud the things you are grateful for and be specific. Although it might not feel like it, you will be attracting GOOD things into your life by doing it.
  • 8 – The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – All people have the power to change the conditions in our lives by understanding these 14 laws. Reality is the manifestation of the vibrations we offer into our NOW condition. As we grow more and more conscious of these laws and make changes in our thoughts and actions, the ever changing reality we live in has no problem in becoming a different experience. Energy can not be destroyed. It can only be changed from one state to another and it’s always changing. With these laws we know how to shift the change to our benefit.
  • 9 – The Law of Gestation – It takes time for big things to manifest.  Some call it divine timing, some call it coincidence, but every thought, every word, and feeling is a seed and will germinate into reality at the right time. Because we are the planters and the universe our garden, we will soon realize that it is our unconscious timing that we later say was perfect timing.” We knew all along and we set it up all up in advance for ourselves.  This is true also for the sabotage in our life. By remaining in a state of low vibration, we are sabotaging ourselves.
  • 10 – The Law of Relativity – Each person will receive challenges to strengthen the vibration within us all and allows us to compare our life to others, it is all relative, all perspective. But, in the end, we will understand that we needed all we experienced for a comparison and we were creating our own reality the entire time. Nothing happened that we didn’t plan for ourselves and benefit from; nothing was ever truly out of our control. The knowledge of this is why you can become a master of reality.
  • 11 – The Law of Polarity – Everything is on a continuum, there is no up without down, no out without in, it’s only how we look at our current situation and compare it to other situations that we begin to create patterns familiar to us. You have to see darkness before you know exactly how much light is needed to see the things you want to see, so you can know what you want to know. Too much light is just as bad as complete darkness. Blindness can result from too much of either.
  • 12 – The Law of Rhythm – Everything moves to certain a rhythm. Life is a series of ebb and flow, masters know how to rise above a rise in tide by not getting too excited, by realizing that the up and down part of life come and go. These are the result of the vibration patterns reality is built upon. However, we can soften the peaks and valleys and possibly slow the timing of the rhythm.  But, who wants to look back at their life and see a flat line?
  • 13 – The Law of Belief – Whatever we fully believe eventually becomes our reality, even if it is not factually true, we can make it so. “As a man thinketh, so he becomes.” The fact that our faith governs many aspects of our life is documented in many religious texts and numerous bible stories. You must have faith.
  • 14 – The Law of Gender – Everything has it’s masculine and feminine energies — just like yin and yang, and both have to be understood to be fully manifested into our experience.  Just like many of the other laws, it takes both to be completely experienced in full detail.

While we put our self into a higher vibration, you will notice theat your wants and needs are coming faster and faster. The universe has always been in alignment with you. We are not molded by our surrounding, but our surroundings are created by us. NOW is different for every person, even if they are in the same place doing the same thing, eating the same foods, see the same people, and working at the same job. We create and sustain the energy needed to make the changes we want to experience.

There are four needs for the physical body: food, sleep, sex, and defense.

There are three needs for the mind: information, emotion, and creative expression

There are three needs for the spiritual body: Knowledge of Eternity, which is our version of afterlife and what we think we know about it; Knowledge in general, which is what we put into our brains and use to construct our current perception; and we need Happiness, which is the goal  of thinking and acting in the NOW.

Don’t Plan For Worst Case Scenarios

“Worst Case Scenarios and Why You Should Never Plan For Them”

 

Someone just told me they plan for the worst case scenario, just in case it happens. I believe they think they are doing the right thing by planning for the worst outcome, but I say: planning for the worst outcome is the absolute worst thing anyone could ever do to their future.

Here is why:

Exactly where do you think the future comes from? Do you think it will be an accident when it gets here? Do you think it’s planned out before hand, as if we are on a roller coaster ride with no control of how it’s going to turn out? Do you think there is force in the universe that takes our desires and weighs it against what we deserve and decides what we should get one way or another?

I’ve heard it said in many different ways, but it always comes down to the same principal. When we think about the worst thing that could happen to us, we are creating the possibility for that exact outcome. And our thoughts affect our future and, not only that, they affect the futures of those around us. For example, in one case alone, our thoughts affects the outcome of our desires and our dreams and the very things that we spent my time and energy to create, but there’s more than just us depending on the outcome of our future. Family, co-workers, friends, teammates, lovers, and everyone else who wants to see you be a happy and successful person.

Instead of thinking of the worst that could happen to us, we should spend our valuable time in a much wiser way: such as, thinking about all the great things that are going to happen because we achieved the goal we had in mind. Again I point out: We think of the good things that will happen because we succeeded and even out-did our wildest expectations.

Our thoughts are not on winning or losing. They’re about the wonderful things that will happen because we won the day. Will we become rich or famous or travel the world or a combination or all three at once.

But, I can hear you say: I think of all that stuff, too. I’m just planning on the worst in case scenario just in case something happens.

Well, like what? What might happen?
And I warn you to be careful because you’re thoughts have unmeasurable, an possibly unlimited power. So, only do this if you are sure your thoughts do not affect the future and, even then, only do it for a second. But, what type of plan do you have and for what worst outcome are you preparing? How many “worst happenings” do you plan for? Does it go as far as death and do you have your life insurance paid up?

Well, that’s exactly what I mean.
So, let’s face the facts. You either believe that we can create our version of reality and get to experience the things we want or you don’t. You believe that we are either in control of our life or we’re not. You believe that God either wants you to be a prosperous person overflowing with all your desires or he doesn’t.

You either believe that our thoughts have some power beyond the pictures and sounds they make in our head or you don’t. You either believe we are an important part of the universe or we are just something in the universe?

So which is it? Are we a part of it or are we just something in it?

I want you to know that your thoughts do affect the universe because they are part of the universe, and not just some part of the universe, you are an important part, a creating part, a thinking part, a deciding part. You are alive and your thoughts are alive. Act like it. You are not a victim of what happens to you, you are a creator of what happens to you and to the universe.

The Chasm: What Is vs What’s Mine

I write posts on Facebook as a way to serve myself reminders of my daily thoughts. Often a “1 Year Ago” post will be waiting for me and after reading it I have a moment where I can either see how far I’ve come with the idea or I’ll wonder why that subject ever mattered to me at all. In both cases I feel a sense of being. Knowing I was there solidifies the importance of being here NOW..

Today I was brought face to face with the dark, wide chasm between “What IS” and “What’s MINE.” There is a profound difference yet the only difference is the fact that I am here NOW and I feel like I can lose it.

LOSING IT

What’s mine only becomes important when I feel I’m going to lose it in some way. Whether through a willing exchange or the actions of someone else, there is a chance I could lose what belongs to me.  A fundamental aspect of our society is that Everything belongs to someone. Even things like clean water has to be made a Human Right by the highest governing bodies of the world because if not someone in the guise of a company would attempt to withhold it from those who can’t afford it.

This Chasm exists between “What IS” and “What’s Mine” so we can all stand at the brink and feel ashamed because this Chasm is human made. We made it so we could feel superior to the people who don’t have what we consider ours. Money, cars, houses, and a hundred other products we need to survive comfortably aren’t important to us until we realize we could lose them.

Suddenly, today, this realization came to me: I create things so that I can lose them. So, they can go from being “Mine” to simply “Being.”  Music, stories, poetry, this blog, my Facebook posts. Sure, I create it all for myself and to myself, but deep down I feel others could benefit from their creation. Especially, I think this about the music and stories.

To understand that everything you have will be gone someday is a good starting point of ownership. “What’s Mine” will always become “What IS.”

 

 

 

Allowing the Gratitude

The difference between receiving a pencil or a million dollars is simply this: you don’t think it’s possible that you’ll get a million dollars, but a pencil is different. Everyone has pencils. You could have one of those easy, right? You can picture yourself with a pencil. You know what you could do with a pencil. You can imagine how it would feel between your fingers. Is it shiny or dull? Metal, wood, or plastic?

Now think of a million dollars. What would you do with it? How does having it make you feel? Can you imagine holding the bills in your hand? Can you imagine the vacation you would take and who you would take along? Do you know what type of house you would buy and who would live in it with you?

How would having a million dollars make you feel?

Don’t worry about from where it’ll come or who’ll bring it!!

Forget the money altogether. Focus on the emotions of taking the vacation, of moving into your new home, of holding the house warming party. How would that make you feel? Thankful? Full of Gratitude? Appreciative? Try to Focus on that feeling.

That feeling and the thoughts that give it is the key to everything. You must try and hold that feeling feeling for twenty seconds. If a negative thought breaks in, start over. Don’t allow your thoughts to wander.

A million dollars is hard to imagine, so begin with things relative to your life. The things you need and want. We have mental blocks that we think are true and they make us doubt ourselves, which is why I began this with a pencil. I want you to begin with something comfortable, something you need. It becomes easier and easier. If you do this everyday you will be able to manifest the things you need seemingly by magic.

Don’t doubt your abilities, try it.

Once we offer energy,  the universe has no choice but to respond with an agreeing energy. This is why we only want to offer  energy of high vibration. The reality which we make for ourselves is a direct compensation for our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
  • 7 – The Law of Attraction – Because of the laws above, we can only attract like energies. This is the basis of all reality. You can learn to manipulate this law and immediate changes will take place in your life. For example,  when negative thoughts persist speak aloud the things you are grateful for and be specific. Although it might not feel like it, you will be attracting GOOD things into your life by doing it.
  • 8 – The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – All people have the power to change the conditions in our lives by understanding these 14 laws. Reality is the manifestation of the vibrations we offer into our NOW condition. As we grow more and more conscious of these laws and make changes in our thoughts and actions, the ever changing reality we live in has no problem in becoming a different experience. Energy can not be destroyed. It can only be changed from one state to another and it’s always changing. With these laws we know how to shift the change to our benefit.
  • 9 – The Law of Gestation – It takes time for big things to manifest.  Some call it divine timing, some call it coincidence, but every thought, every word, and feeling is a seed and will germinate into reality at the right time. Because we are the planters and the universe our garden, we will soon realize that it is our unconscious timing that we later say was perfect timing.” We knew all along and we set it up all up in advance for ourselves.  This is true also for the sabotage in our life. By remaining in a state of low vibration, we are sabotaging ourselves.
  • 10 – The Law of Relativity – Each person will receive challenges to strengthen the vibration within us all and allows us to compare our life to others, it is all relative, all perspective. But, in the end, we will understand that we needed all we experienced for a comparison and we were creating our own reality the entire time. Nothing happened that we didn’t plan for ourselves and benefit from; nothing was ever truly out of our control. The knowledge of this is why you can become a master of reality.
  • 11 – The Law of Polarity – Everything is on a continuum, there is no up without down, no out without in, it’s only how we look at our current situation and compare it to other situations that we begin to create patterns familiar to us. You have to see darkness before you know exactly how much light is needed to see the things you want to see, so you can know what you want to know. Too much light is just as bad as complete darkness. Blindness can result from too much of either.
  • 12 – The Law of Rhythm – Everything moves to certain a rhythm. Life is a series of ebb and flow, masters know how to rise above a rise in tide by not getting too excited, by realizing that the up and down part of life come and go. These are the result of the vibration patterns reality is built upon. However, we can soften the peaks and valleys and possibly slow the timing of the rhythm.  But, who wants to look back at their life and see a flat line?
  • 13 – The Law of Belief – Whatever we fully believe eventually becomes our reality, even if it is not factually true, we can make it so. “As a man thinketh, so he becomes.” The fact that our faith governs many aspects of our life is documented in many religious texts and numerous bible stories. You must have faith.
  • 14 – The Law of Gender – Everything has it’s masculine and feminine energies — just like yin and yang, and both have to be understood to be fully manifested into our experience.  Just like many of the other laws, it takes both to be completely experienced in full detail.

While we put our self into a higher vibration, you will notice theat your wants and needs are coming faster and faster. The universe has always been in alignment with you. We are not molded by our surrounding, but our surroundings are created by us. NOW is different for every person, even if they are in the same place doing the same thing, eating the same foods, see the same people, and working at the same job. We create and sustain the energy needed to make the changes we want to experience.

There are three needs for the mind: information, emotion, and creative expression

There are three needs for the spiritual body: Knowledge of Eternity, which is our version of afterlife and what we think we know about it; Knowledge in general, which is what we put into our brains and use to construct our current perception; and we need Happiness, which is the goal  of thinking and acting in the NOW.
