Raising Your Emotional Vibration

Raising your vibration

And Claiming the Freewill of the Present Moment

You receive the vibration you are tuned to, exactly like a radio antenna. Although, there are many radio stations, the radio only tunes into one at a time. There are also many vibrations to the human being, but we also broadcast a single wavelength at a time. I point out that we broadcast and not receive because if we want to receive higher vibrations we have to learn to broadcast higher vibrations.

This is great news. It means that once we are broadcasting higher vibrations like love and gratitude, we can not receive the lower vibrations like hate, depression, jealousy, envy, and frustration.

We tune into a higher vibrations by tuning ourselves to broadcast it. This is also great news because it means what we broadcast is not dependent on what we receive. We don’t have to wait on anything or anyone to tune us into what we want to recieve.

Of course, it will be a challenge in the beginning to broadcast high vibrations when you are receiving low vibrations. You might even think higher vibrations are for someone else. You might think you are not worthy of receiving love and gratitude. You might not even know what love and gratitude really feel like.

Ever hear someone say, “we can’t have nice things?” They say it like it’s a joke. But, really it’s a powerful mental program they were taught early in life. It’s one of the many station on your radio. What you think, it what you become.

You must be present in your thoughts. Especially in the beginning. You have to make yourself think in higher vibrations. It is a skill and it takes practice. One way to think about “being present with your thoughts” is like this:

You know when someone is present with you because they paying attention to what you say, do, and how you react. They care about you enough to stop you when you say something or do something harmful. Even if it’s meant as a joke, they will say “don’t talk like that,” or “Don’t call yourself stupid.” And especially, “Don’t say I wish I was dead.” Although, they know it’s a figure of speech, they don’t want to hear you say it because even the idea of it hurts them.

We have to be the same way with our thoughts. By being present with our thoughts we pay attention to them and stop them when they become negative. Also, being present with our thoughts puts us in the present moment and puts all of our attention on NOW.

Remember: where your attention is, so is your energy. We want to put all of energy in the present moment. Just like an antenna can transmit farther by using more energy, so can we. The reach of our vibration depends on how much attention we give to our thoughts and what emotions our thoughts are creating.

What forms your Belief?

I was reading W.K. Clifford and it put me in mind of Plato’s Meno, in which Socrates distinguishes between Opinion and Knowledge. The man who has the right Opinion knows what it true but can not say why he knows it. The man who has knowledge knows what is right and can say why.

For Socrates, it made no difference whether the actions are based upon right Opinion or Knowledge because the results would be the same. But, for Clifford the difference is crucial. He insists that every person has a responsibility to make sure that their action is based on knowledge and not only right opinion.

“The life of anyone who will not accept the responsibility of acting only on knowledge will prove to be one long mistake against mankind”. — W.K. Clifford

What is Belief and how are they created?

If I were to ask you about what your belief, what you answer?

But, before you answer, I want to say that your belief is not a private matter. Your belief concerns more than yourself. Our lives are guided by the general assumptions made by society for social purposes. Our words, our phrasings, our form, and their processes, indeed every mode of thought are common property, fashioned and perfected from age to age; heirlooms which every succeeding generation inherits as a precious deposit and sacred trust to be handed on to the next one, not unchanged but enlarged and purified with clear marks of each.

It is our belief that prompts us into action. Any belief at all holds some influence upon the action of whoever holds it. Even if the action never comes to fruition and the belief is not immediately acted upon in open deeds, it is stored up for the guidance of the future.

Imagine there was once an island where some of the inhabitants professed a belief and formed themselves into a Society for the purpose of informing the populace of their belief. They published documents and did all in their power to spread the news of their belief and get others to believe. So loud was the noise they made, that a commission was appointed to investigate the facts; but after the commission had carefully inquired into all the evidence that could be got, it appeared that their belief was unfounded. Not only was it untrue, but it became apparent that there was very little evidence to support their belief to begin with and could have been settled easily if the original believers had attempted a fair inquiry for themselves.

After these disclosures, the inhabitants of the island looked upon the members of the Society, not only as persons whose judgment should be questioned, but also as no longer to be counted as honorable. For, although they had sincerely believed in what they spread to all who would listen, they had no right to believe considering what little evidence they had before them. Their sincere convictions, instead of being honestly earned by patient inquiry, were in fact stolen by listening to the voice of prejudice and passion.

Let’s say, the investigation proved the belief to be true and the Society in the right. Would this make any difference in their guilt for believing without knowledge? Clearly, they are still guilty. Of course, they would now say: “We were right after all. Perhaps, next time you will believe us.” But that does not clear them of the guilt, it only means they were not found out.

Age of Ages: part 2

Age of Ages: Life’s Secret Menu

Thadd Presley

It was the fourth venue on John’s tour. He’d sold more than three hundred books, everyone of them signed, and shook nearly a thousand hands. He was getting into the swing of things, when he was stopped in his tracks by a man in a wheel chair.

The man held his hand up to John and waited for him to shake it, which of course John did. The way the man sat made the twist in his spine obvious and it brought reality rushing in on him.

Why did these things happen? Why are people crippled? Why do I get to think an achy back is any reason to whine and fall into depression?

The man in the wheelchair smiled as he held up John’s book. His thin arms shook with the weight of it. John’s breath shook in his chest and a sob escaped his lips.

Everyone noticed. The man in the wheelchair looked john directly in the eye and exhaled a slow breath, in an effort not to cry himself. John took the book, signed it quickly, and laid it in the man’s lap.

Then, he took a card from his back pocket and help it out to the man. “I’ve got to go on stage now. But, please call me tomorrow at noon. I want to speak with you.”

A woman standing near the man reached for the card. She took it and nodded her head. “He’s looking forward to it.”

“Yes, ma’am So am I.”

On stage John spoke to a crowd of nearly two hundred people, who had come to the Hyatt Regency to hear him talk about what he thought life was and what people are.

“By the time we are teenagers, most of us have been taught to believe in only what we can see. All the wonder, fantasy, miracles, and magick of the world, while encouraged in the early years, is quickly discouraged as we get old enough to act upon them. The moment it seems we might be in a place to make our belief in the invisible world a reality, we are told that it’s childish. If we insist with our interests in the invisible things and things actually begin to happen, we are shunned and told that only demons will give us the things we desire. To get happiness and become fulfilled, we must have sold our soul to the devil.

“The powers that control our culture and society want us to know what is out there. They tell us that we can have all of these amazing things that exist in the universe. But, they warn, it’s wrong to want them. So, we’re not being denied the gift’s of the universe. We’re not having our happiness taken away.

“Oh no.

“Eventually, we’ve become convinced that it’s an evil impulse and a selfish desire to want worldly treasures and beautiful things. We chose to forfeit our rights as the Prince or Princess of the Universe, as a living Child of God, and we’ve forgotten the amazing temple we are: a temple that houses the creator’s spirit and acts as the sanctified connection between us and the infinite treasures of timeless wealth and knowledge.

“But, it’s our creator’s will for us to live fulfilling lives and have abundance overflowing. More times than we realize, we are blind to the real treasures of life. We are on the receiving end of unlimited lifeline of happiness and pleasure, but we disconnect ourselves.

“Life has a secret menu that we are taught to ignore. We close our eyes to the reality of receiving gifts from the universe.

“We believe it’s demons and devils that grant our wishes, but what if the universe is a mechanism built for the sole purpose of fulfilling your desires. This is hard to believe because it seems as if the universe is actually working against our will.

“And perhaps it is. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.”

The audience did not stand when they clapped, but John liked that best because it meant they were thinking.

Benefits of Calm Isolation

Alone in Calm Isolation

What is to gain from isolation?

(1) The final result from isolation is Original and Intentional Thought. To know yourself and the thoughts you have allows you to realize the repetitive thoughts that invade your conscious mind and steal your time and emotional energy. Over time, you will change the amount of invading thoughts that get through or stop them completely.

Why change your thoughts?
Because you become what you think about most. You are your thoughts made manifest. If you change your thoughts, you change your emotions, which changes your DNA and your experience.

(2) Isolation gives you ample time to learn how to calm your rushing mind, to bring it under control.

How?
As we all know, it’s not easy to control your thoughts, but with time and focused practice it gets easier. It simply takes time to listen to your thoughts and get to know your mind. You will eventually see the repeating thoughts, the patterns, and the fears. Knowledge of your thoughts will lead to a change in them, if change is indeed what you want to achieve.

Receiving your Desires (As Above, so Below)

As Above, So Below

and what it means to You

There is an inside and out, an up and down, a yin and yang.

“As above so below” means that the universe is just as you are: magnificent, rich, powerful, vast, and largely unknown until you spend time and effort uncovering the mysteries.

There is a magic to the Universal Laws. A recipe. It’s not complicated by any means. In fact, the emotional ingredients mix together into one concoction once their attributes are understood. It is easy to replicate it once you do it the first time.

Ingredients:

Gratitude/Thanksgiving:
Intention:
Expectation/Faith:

The goal is to mix all these together and cook it in the oven of your Subconscious Mind.

First: Know your desire. Can you see yourself with it, doing it, telling others about it?

I ask this because you have to know what you want inside and out, up and down, because knowing how it feels to have what you want is very important to receiving it and keeping it. If you can imagine yourself already living with your desire and express the emotions associated with receiving it, which is gratitude and thanksgiving, the universe will be forced into manifesting it into your life.

Why? Because “as above, so below.” As you believe, so it is. There is no alternative for the universe except to make what you truly believe a reality. This is the source of all the power within you.

Answer this question about “As Above, So Below” and consider where your life and all you have originates. Do you think below refers to you and above to the universe? Many people believe they are below the universe. But it’s wrong.

As above (as you) believe, so below (the universe) manifest into reality.

The fact that you believe you deserve your desire is vital to how and when you receive it. This is where Intention comes into play. We address our Intention to understand why we want our desires and what we plan do with them. This is only a mental process to affirmation that our desire is good and beneficial.

For some reason, our subconscious mind blocks selfish desires from manifesting into our lives. Not because the universe doesn’t want us to have what we want, but we don’t believe we deserve them.  Much time and energy is spent (wasted) on trying to convince ourselves we can have our desires.

Once you  truly convince yourself that you are worthy of the things you want, then you enter a waiting period of Gestation, which is largely controlled by your Expectation/Faith.

Finding and using techniques to unblock the mental barriers keeping you from your desires is where lives are truly changed forever.

The time spent waiting for your desire is drastically shortened once you can believe that you deserve it because only then can you see yourself having it. You must teach yourself how to be thankful for your desires even before they are fully manifested.

One place to begin is knowing that you can have anything you desire. There’s plenty of it in the world, no one will suffer if you get a new car, more money, or a prettier roof over your head? You are not robbing anyone or depriving them of it because you have it. There is plenty to go around.

The process of blending these ingredients together should bring them all into one action  that makes it easier for you to believe “you deserve and already have your desire.” Two of my favorite methods to use are:

Meditation: If you don’t know how to meditate, look it up.
Drawing a Sigil: If you don’t know what this means, look up how to draw a sigil.

This should be performed in a way to place the belief that you will receive your desire into your subconscious. I know it sounds time consuming, but it isn’t. A few minutes everyday will change our life.

I would try to explain meditation and how to draw a sigil, but others do it so well, I should leave it to them.

You will know when it’s time to stop creating sigils and meditating on a certain desire. I can’t explain it, but you will know.

Good luck. But, you won’t need it.

The Perfect Day

Sometimes, someone has a bad day. No, that’s not right at all.  Everyone of us have bad days. But, we find numerous ways to deal with it. Each of us something different. There are those who find clever ways to ignore the bad happening. These people can be said to only see the good things that happen. Then, there are those who have a habit of dwelling on the bad happening and allow it to affect the rest of the day. These two approaches are pretty much the limit of dealing with a bad day.

But, there are a growing number of people who recreate the bad day over and over again. Examples of this are: couples who argue over the same issues every morning, employees who take the same route to work and find themselves upset, rude and flustered, many who repeat the same day expecting a different tomorrow.

The fear of Scarcity and Victimization makes up 99% of human thinking. The idea that there is not enough keep most of us from taking chances. Everything that happened yesterday becomes an excuse of why today is the way it is, why someone is the way they are, why someone does not have what they want to have.

There are so many creative people in the world, I can fairly say that one is reading this now. Are you a creative person? Do you have a creative soul? Do you want to change your life? I have an idea that might make a difference in your day. First, let’s think about your day and how you want it to start and end.

Then, plan your perfect day.

Write it hour by hour like a film script. Be as detailed as you want to be. Who are the characters? What is the goal of the play (the day)?  Since you are the protagonist, who or what is the antagonist? Be specific and really look at your day as if you have control over how it is going to play out.

This is one thing that needs to be done because at some point you have to take responsibility for the day you create. You are the reason your day is the way it is. You created it with your mind, with your actions, and with your fear based intention.

Write your perfect day and begin to make it a reality. Do not write it from scarcity or fear. But, instead, write the day as if there is no bounds, nothing off limits, and you can be exactly the person you are.

Thanks for reading and have a great day.

How To Get Everything You Want

1. Know what you want!

People say: this is easier said than done. But it’s done by many people and it’s the most important step to the getting everything you want.

2. Know what you don’t want.

Obviously, we know what we don’t want. So, this comes down to finding the courage to rid yourself of it. Carlos Castenada said, “You either make yourself miserable or you make yourself strong, the amount of work is the same.”

3. Focus on what you want.

Take a moment, everyday, for Meditation and visualize yourself doing the thing you want. The more you do this the closer you come to having it.

4. Work toward your goal everyday in a structured manner.

Set an uninterrupted time to work toward your goal. Don’t take phone calls, tell your housemates to not bother you, and let everyone know this is not a request.  If they interrupted, you must start over. Yes, this will become the most important part of your day and everyone must respect it. Because let’s face it, if you’re continuously interrupted while working you are not in an atmosphere conductive to achieving your goals.

5. Evaluate your wants and don’t wants.

If you don’t have what you want, you don’t want it enough. Either that, or you must admit that you have exactly what you want. Wayne Dyer said, “You don’t get what you want. You get what you are.”

6. Believe in Yourself!

You are making this happen. All the good things, all the bad things, everything in your life is because you willed it into being. So, take Responsibility.

Five Minutes Will Change Everything

The twentieth century was Hell on Earth for many people. Millions upon millions suffered unspeakable horrors; from the two wars that ripped through land, home and soul to the depressions and famines People say the lucky ones died quickly. Some slowly starved to death, some became ill, some died at the hands of criminals, others committed suicide, and some came through only to realize they lost themselves somewhere along the way.

It was absolute misery. Human reek and stench filled the nose, moldy food filled the mouth, unpaid bills filled the hand, and the absence of productivity filled the mind. Yet, everywhere someone held the promise of hope, all the time lost and all the pain felt was marked as a defining moment in their life.

If someone doesn’t have terrible moments to look back on, they won’t consider the amazing blessings they have before them Things such as depression and anxiety grip the masses and keeps them from enjoying life, erasing the possibilities of their pursuit and replacing it with loneliness and fear.

Drugs help and counseling has it’s place, but nothing is as affective as living everyday to it’s fullest degree. Good days and bad days, even hell on Earth, manipulate the equation of life and change the outcome of each and every moment; so much so, that the memory of a once hellish moment factors into the present and changes what one feels about then and now.

If you are depressed, if you are lonely, if you are anxious go outside. I urge you to take a step in a new direction. Just for five minutes do the thing that you so badly want to try, do the thing you think you can’t, press yourself to reach farther than you did yesterday, and for those five minutes you will be a super human because you are doing what you thought was impossible. Sp, you truly became a Super You.

No matter the life, no matter the station, no matter the family you were born into, you can be the person you want to be. Whether you want to be an artist, a musician, a writer, or maybe you’ve been dreading the crowd at the local store, you can do it. All of it.

You are capable of amazing things because you are an amazing person. You are a unique person and all your dreams are  front and center, waiting for you to believe in yourself enough to claim them. The only thing that stopped you from being the person you’ve always wanted to be is the fact that you’ve not thought it possible. Something, or possibly someone, made you believe that you weren’t worthy of the dreams you have, that whether or not you will achieved your goals depended on someone else. Well, you are worthy and whether or not you reach your dreams depends on you.

Five minutes, right now, will change your life forever. Write that story, draw that picture, play that song, face that crowd, become that person you want to be.  Being a Super You will get easier five minutes at a time.

You Create Reality

This overall statement will seem like a lie. Nevertheless, it is true. I am able to wish things into my life and I can do it rather fast. I simply think about what I want and within a few days I get it. It even happens within hours sometimes, even minutes.

Today, I wanted an almanac calendar that showed the 12 Signs of Man throughout the month. You might know what I’m talking about, what with some of you being into the spiritual side of things, but if not, it’s the part of the calendar that labels everyday with a part of the body.

Well, guess what, I got one for free. I think this happens because I know the universe is abundant and overflowing with the things we desire.

Just think of it. What do you want?

I truly believe that through subconscious thought we create every moment of our lives and the lives of the people around us. I happen to see it in everyone’s life. I see it because I know how it works. I know how the universe operates, how the creation is also part of the creator. We are the Princes and Princesses of the of Universe.

We exist inside of a mechanism that works to provide our desires and our struggles. Let’s face it, we are constantly searching for knowledge and want to know who we are.  But most of us don’t believe we can have everything we want.

Why?

Because we were told all of this as a child. Money doesn’t grow on trees, jobs are hard work, putting food on the table is not easy, someday you’ll see how hard being an adult really is.

And so, we make it that way because the most influential people in our life told us that is the way it is, for everyone. Well, not for everyone. There are those who have it all. They are the cheaters, the liars, the people who rip others off and live off of the hard work of others.

So, it’s no wonder that we have a negative belief about rich people who seem to have everything.

We think: I’m going to work hard for the things I have because that’s how an honest person lives. So, that is the life you create for yourself.

I believe that I am a Son of God, a Prince of the Universe, that my Almighty Creator placed inside of me His Powerful Spirit and by it I am empowered to live in abundance and a fulfilled destiny.  If I can imagine it, I can have it. Just as it says in the 10th chapter of Genesis.

Who do you believe you are? Who creates your reality? Do things happen to you or do you do things?

Are you a victim of this universe ?

Thanksgiving and Specific Gratitude

This Thanksgiving, I’d like to share with you what Gratitude is and how to make your Gratefulness a more powerful emotion. And, who is affected by your emotions and thoughts.

You are not the only person you affect. You’re Gratitude is only the beginning wave that continues outward forever affecting everything it touches.

We all say “Thank You” when someone gives us something or helps us in some way. But, do those words really express what you feel for that person in that moment? What feelings or emotions do you really feel? What does “thank you” mean? Appreciation? Togetherness? This is an important question because what you feel has a deep connection with everything and everyone in your life. Obviously, the people in your immediate environment are affected by the way you feel on an emotional and spiritual level, but you might be surprised to learn that your feelings are felt on the physical level as well. It is like a ripple through space and everyone can feel it.

Emotions are an important working part of the physical world. You might know of someone who got physically ill from being depressed too long or heard of someone who died from a broken heart. These stories are true because our physical well-being is affected by emotions, and not only our own but everyone’s emotion all the time, which is a huge vibration compounded on top of vibrations.

So, on Thanksgiving this unbelievably huge emotional wave is created by everyone who feels grateful for the things in their life. And it will be a magnificent event this year because more and more people are waking up and seeing the truth.

Gratitude has a very specific vibration. It is the highest of all vibrations and it affects everything. And I mean everything. But there’s much more to it than that.

We know that an emotional wave will affect the people around you and have an effect on the future you will have with those people, but unlike a wave in the ocean, the emotional vibration also affects people who are not near you. The people you have a connection with will benefit from the high vibration you feel. How is that possible?

You might not know how it’s possible, but you don’t really need to know for it to be true. You might say, you don’t need to know how a tree works in order to enjoy the fruit hanging from the branches. Trust that the roots know what to do and the trunk knows it’s place, but enjoy the fruit all the while.

I want to share with you my method of “conscious gratitude.”

I think the most important thing about being grateful is to be specific. I try to avoid platitudes. I try not to think: I’m thankful to be alive. Instead, I take a moment to consciously think of all the things in life that I enjoy.

You can see where this would change what I feel and about what I’m feeling it towards.

Don’t just say “thank you.” Instead, say “thank you for helping me ….” And say their name. People like when you use their name. Make your emotion specific.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone
I hope this new year is the best you’ve had yet.
